For more than 25 years, Travel Discoveries has been instrumental in arranging special day trips, short breaks and three day excursions for both individuals and organizations. All Day Trips leave from the First Christian Church at 546 North 6th Street in Watseka, Illinois, unless otherwise stated or arranged in advance.
The Radio City Christmas Spectacular stars the world famous Radio City Rockettes in an unparalleled show featuring the Rockettes signature eye high kicks, precision choreography and exciting show stopping numbers that will delight the whole family. For over 75 years the show has created memories that will last a lifetime.
Join Travel Discoveries and the Watseka Park District as we depart Watseka First Christian Church at 11:00am for the 2:00pm show. We will stop for dinner ( on own ) and return about 7:30pm. Cost for show tickets and transportation is $85.00.
Join us for our annual foray into Chicago to find those special gifts in time for Christmas. If shoppings not your thing, then enjoy the festive atmosphere and special displays that can only be seen this time of year.
Depart Watseka First Christian Church at 7:30am and return about 7:00pm with stops at both Macy’s and Watertower Place. Cost for motorcoach transportation is $35.00.
Be as jolly as the jelly-bellied one when the wondrous, magical music of the Purdue Christmas show whisks you off for glimmering cheer! You’ll enjoy dance, glitz, and toe-tapping holiday tunes, plus traditional Christmas hymns with the cathedral-like reverence of the season.
Join us as we gather under one shimmering bow on Purdue’s grand Elliott Hall of Music stage. Unwrap and enjoy the sparkling, luminous sounds of the season with the Purdue Christmas Show.
Depart Watseka First Christian Church at 1:00pm for the 4:00pm show with a stop for dinner ( on own ) afterwards and a return at about 7:30pm. Cost for tickets and transportation is $65.00.

Join us for this uplifting concert at U.S.Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, Il. Gaither Vocal Band will be joined by Homecoming artists Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, Gordon Mote, along with a stellar cast of Gaither artists.

Based on P.I.Travers cherished story and the 1964 classic Walt Disney film, Mary Poppins features the original Sherman brothers Academy Award- winning songs.
The show has been created in collaboration with Cameron Mackintosh, by Academy Award- winning screenwriter Julian Fellowes, who had written the book, and the Oliver Award-winning team of George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, who have composed new songs and additional lyrics. The result is a new musical so extraordinarily enchanting that there is only one word for it: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocius!
Lower balcony seats have been confirmed and the price for bus transportation and show tickets will be about $115.00. ( we will have firm pricing when transportation costs are determined at a later date). A $25.00 refundable deposit will hold your seat on this sure to sell out musical.
